How are existing accounts excluded?

We compare the exclusion list against new accounts. If a conflict is found, we pause contact and confirm ownership and scope.

What happens when response is low?

We review fit, relevance, delivery and follow-up timing, then propose adjustments to the approach.

What if response volume rises?

Existing opportunities and responses take priority. At 14 hours used, or when planned work exceeds remaining capacity, scope, priorities or additional hours are reviewed in writing.

Can SteelVista commit to quotes or contracts?

The customer approves price, delivery, technical and contractual terms. SteelVista supports the discussion and has no authority to bind the customer.

How are competitors handled?

Direct competitors targeting the same country and buyers are not served simultaneously. Client records and access are kept separate.
