Purpose
To receive and answer your inquiry and provide the consultation you request. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Information collected
Required: company or organisation, reply email, message and consent record. Optional: name, phone and additional business details. Inquiry topic, entry page, submission time and handling status are also recorded.
Retention and deletion
Inquiries have a 90-day retention deadline from submission. Expired records are deleted when a new inquiry is received or the operator opens the inbox. The operator may delete completed inquiries earlier. If a contract proceeds, relevant contract records and retention arrangements are addressed separately.
Service infrastructure
Inquiries are stored using ChatGPT Sites on OpenAI and Cloudflare hosting infrastructure. This environment does not support selecting a fixed data-processing region and may process data outside your country. When email alerts are enabled, Google Gmail sends the operator a receipt reference, submission time and inbox link. Inquiry text and the sender’s contact details are not included in the alert.
Access and requests
The inbox is restricted to the designated SteelVista operator. Email we.solve@steel-vista.com for access, correction, deletion or withdrawal requests. You may decline consent; online inquiry submission will then be unavailable.
Browser drafts and abuse prevention
Drafts are stored temporarily in this browser tab and can be cleared. Inquiry content is not submitted before you choose Send inquiry. To limit excessive submissions, IP addresses and email addresses are converted to daily changing identifiers retained for up to two days. The site application does not store raw IP addresses.
